Job Title: Dock Hand

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking hard working, outgoing, ambitious professionals to join our team. Boat experience, while a plus, is not required. You must be comfortable speaking with customers, not afraid of dirty work, cleaning is a must and willing to create and maintain customer relations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the team, take instructions well and learn to lead
  • Identify customer needs
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to succeed every day

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Greet clients & guests
  • Inspect boats before & after rentals
  • Answer questions about general rental information
  • Effectively present our products to potential clients
  • Conduct a safe & smooth operation
